Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. The tracking details will be sent to your WhatsApp number. We partner with Delhivery, so you can easily track your order through their website or app.

• PrePaid: You can pay for your order online using various secure payment methods, including UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking. We guarantee secure payments through our partnership with Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Yes, we provide COD option but available within India only. No international COD available.

We recommend either dry cleaning or hand washing only. Avoid drying garments in direct sunlight.

We offer an exchange policy within 3 days of delivery. Currently, we do not have a return policy. For more details, please see our Exchange Policy

To process an exchange, you must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel being opened. If this video is not submitted, exchanges cannot be accepted.
