3. Products and Pricing

• Collections: We offer stitched women’s ethnic wear, including kurtis, suits, and sets.
• Accuracy: We try our best to show accurate colors and details. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to your screen settings or professional lighting.
• Images: We use both model photos and original product photos. We recommend checking the original product images before buying.
• Price Changes: All prices are in INR and can change without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

• Correct Info: Please provide the right address and phone number when ordering.
• Payments: We accept Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Cashfree.
• Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Coverage: We deliver all across India.
• Timeline: Orders usually reach you within 3 to 7 business days.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• 7-Day Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
• Process: To start a return, WhatsApp us at +91 9408108383 or email care@kurtibloom.com.
• Refund Policy:
  • For Damaged/Wrong items: You get a Full Cash Refund. A parcel opening video is mandatory.
  • For Personal Choice (don’t like it/size issue): You will receive a Credit Note valid for 3 months.
• Shipping Charges: * If we sent the wrong/damaged item, we pay for shipping.
  • For personal returns/exchanges, the customer pays the shipping fee.

7. International Orders

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of India.
