At KurtiBloom, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please read our simple rules for returns and refunds:
1. If the Product is Damaged or Wrong
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item:
- Refund: You can choose a Full Cash Refund to your original payment method or a replacement.
- Shipping Cost: KurtiBloom will bear all shipping costs for the return.
- Requirement: A parcel opening video is mandatory to prove the damage or mistake. Please contact us within 7 days.
2. If You Changed Your Mind (Personal Choice)
If the product is fine, but you don’t like it, it doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind:
- Exchange/Return: You can return or exchange the item within 7 days.
- Refund: We will issue a KurtiBloom Credit Note (valid for 3 months). We do not provide cash refunds for personal style choices.
- Shipping Cost: The Customer must pay the shipping charges for the return and exchange.
How the Return Process Works
- Reverse Pickup: We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Self-Shipping: If our courier partner does not provide reverse pickup in your area, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse in Surat.
- Condition: The item must be unwashed, unused, and have all tags attached.

- Details: Send your Order Number and a photo/video of the product.
- Approval: Once we check the details, we will guide you on the next steps.
Important Notes
- One-Time Exchange: Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- International Orders: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside India.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
