By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

3. Product Information and Pricing

a. KurtiBloom offers a curated range of fully stitched women’s ethnic wear, including kurtis, suits, gowns, and sets.

b. We strive to provide accurate product details, including images, prices, and specifications. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting during photography.

c. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

d. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

a. Orders must be placed with accurate and complete information.

b. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

c. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment failure, or fraudulent activity.

d. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

a. Delivery is available across India. Standard delivery timelines are 4–7 working days.

b. Shipping is free for all prepaid and COD orders.

c. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or logistics issues are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

a. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging.

b. Only one exchange is allowed per order.

c. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 63547 85848 or email care@kurtibloom.com within 7 days of delivery.

d. Upon successful quality check (QC) of the returned item, we will issue a KurtiBloom Credit Note, valid for 3 months, equal to the product value.

e. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods. All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit only.

f. For wrong/damaged/defective items, a parcel opening video is mandatory to process the claim.

g. In case reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, you may self-ship the product and share courier receipt. We will reimburse courier charges once the return is approved.

7. Combo or Offer-Based Orders

If you’re returning part of a combo set or an order with promotional discounts:

• Refunds/credits will be calculated based on discounted prices of individual items.
• If offer conditions are no longer met (e.g., buy 2 get 10% off), the final refund value will be adjusted accordingly.

8. International Orders

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. Stay tuned for international shipping updates.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, are the intellectual property of KurtiBloom. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without written permission.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services without notice if we believe there is a violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KurtiBloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
