Exchange Policy

At KurtiBloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer an exchange policy to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

  1. Size Issues: If the kurti you ordered does not fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size. Please note that if the desired size is not available, we cannot process an exchange.
  2. Product Damage: If you receive a damaged, defective product, or different product you can exchange it for the same item.

Exchange Not Accepted If:

  1. Parcel Opening Video: To process an exchange, you must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel being opened. If this video is not submitted, exchanges cannot be accepted.
  1. Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been used or altered.

We require an unboxing video of the parcel for initiating an exchange. Once we receive your unboxing video, it will be reviewed. After verifying the video, we will request the return of the product. Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality check. If the product meets our quality standards, we will dispatch the replacement item to you promptly. (checking process take 1 to 2 days)

However, if the returned product fails to pass the quality check, it will be shipped back to you without processing the exchange.

Note: If the unboxing video is not proper or incomplete, the exchange request will not be processed.
