1. Size Issues: If the kurti you ordered does not fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size.
2. Product Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can exchange it for the same product.

Note:

• Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Send the Item: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the details on how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
• Processing the Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our criteria, we will process the exchange and send you the new item.
• If you need to exchange a product, please make a 360-degree video of the product you wish to exchange. This helps us verify the condition of the item and process your exchange smoothly.
