Exchange Policy
At KurtiBloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer an exchange policy to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Exchanges are available under the following conditions:
- Size Issues: If the kurti you ordered does not fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size. Please note that if the desired size is not available, we cannot process an exchange.
- Product Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can exchange it for the same item.
Exchange Not Accepted If:
- Parcel Opening Video: To process an exchange, you must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel being opened. If this video is not submitted, exchanges cannot be accepted.
- Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been used or altered.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
