Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Kurtibloom
At KurtiBloom, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return or exchange experience as smooth as possible.
✅ 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy (India Only)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
🔁 Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
📆 Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
🛍️ How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide:
- Your Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for return/exchange
- Parcel opening video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)
Once your request is approved, our team will:
- Arrange a reverse pickup (if your location is serviceable)
- Perform a Quality Check (QC) on the returned item
- Proceed with exchange or issue a KurtiBloom Credit Note (In case of return)
🔄 Exchange Terms
- If the desired size/product is in stock, it will be shipped after QC.
- If it’s unavailable, you will receive a KurtiBloom Credit Note, valid for 3 months from the issue date.
- Credit Notes can be used for future purchases on www.kurtibloom.com.
💳 Refunds via Credit Note Only
We do not offer refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods.
All eligible returns are refunded as KurtiBloom Credit Notes unless a rare exception is approved by our support team.
❗ Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received:
- An incorrect item
- A damaged product
- A defective item
Please contact us within 7 days and select “Wrong/Damaged Item” as the reason.
✅ A parcel opening video is compulsory to process such claims.

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue your Credit Note and reimburse courier charges (share your courier receipt and tracking details).
🎁 Combo/Product Set Return Policy
- If you return part of a combo/set, the refund/credit note will be based on the discounted price of individual items.
- Any offers/promotions based on item count or value will be recalculated if partial returns are made.
🌍 International Orders
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

❌ Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp or email.
📦 Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
