EXCHANGES
We are committed to designing and manufacturing products of the best quality and fit. However, if the product does not fit your size, we are happy to assist you with a hassle-free exchange process.
To initiate an exchange, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility:
The product(s) requested for exchange must be in a resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, or worn, and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue Kurtibloom Credits for the equivalent value of the item.
RETURNS
For returns, please follow the same steps as for exchanges.
Once the product(s) are delivered back to us and pass the quality check, we will issue Kurtibloom Credits equivalent to the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases.
Please note:
All return and exchange requests can only be raised once per order.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed in the form of Kurtibloom Credits, which can be used for future purchases.
In case of damage or wrong parcel received:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange.
Important: To process the exchange request, you must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel opening. A video showing only the product after opening is not acceptable. If video not available exchange or return request not expected
