Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
At Kurtibloom, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality ethnic wear and an excellent shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return, exchange, and refund policy:
1. Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange for the following cases:
- Incorrect Size: If the size of the product you received does not fit as expected, we will provide an exchange for the correct size (subject to availability).
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or an alternative of your choice.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will offer an exchange for the correct item.
2. Credit Note for Out-of-Stock Sizes
In the case where the size you requested is unavailable, we will issue a Kurtibloom Credit Note. This credit note can be used for any future purchases on our website.
3. Return Policy
- Return Process: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
- Kurtibloom Credit Note: We do not offer a refund in the form of money. Instead, if you return a product, you will receive a Kurtibloom Credit Note that is equivalent to the amount of your order (minus the shipping cost). This credit note will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, and can be used to purchase any other item from our website.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- In case of exchanges due to product defects or wrong items sent, we will cover the shipping charges for the return.
5. Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Items should be in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact.
- Products that have been altered, washed, or worn are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable for sale items, unless they are damaged or defective.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Step 1: Contact us via email at Care@kurtibloom.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Step 2: Provide your order details (order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange).
- Step 3: Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team for returning the product.
- Step 4: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a Kurtibloom Credit Note.
7. Exceptions to the Policy
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
